In addition to tower safety, we stress personal safety, safe work practices, and use of personal protective equipment. Company policy requires a hard hat and steel-toed footgear as minimal and mandatory protective equipment on any tower site. Our policy on fall protection measure is strict and straightforward. Any employee 6’ or higher above the ground shall be 100% tied off, at all times, with fall arrest protection.”
